Napoli Culinary Academy Baking and Pastry Courses
The Fundamentals of Baking and Pastry (200 hours)
In this program students will learn the basics of baking and pastry. They will study Viennoiserie (morning pastries), Cakes and
Classic French Pastries.
Professional Baking and Pastry (325 hours)
Our professional program will consist of the fundamentals of baking and pastry and then continue on to more Detailed Decorating
and Plated Desserts. Here students will also learn how to work in a Production Bakery. The students will be producing samples of
everything they have learned for family and friends to celebrate graduation of the course.
Introduction Courses (24 hours)
These will be different introductory courses for people interested in only learning about certain aspects of baking and pastry.

in baking or pastry but want to try it out before making their final decision.
Students that attend Napoli Culinary Academy for baking and pastry
will not only get an education on how to make pastries but also how the
ingredients work and how they can put them into use in a professional
or recreational setting. We have classes for total beginners or for people
who already have knowledge of the industry.
