Dear Hassi,
Thank you for your non-cash donation of Dinner for 8 in your own home by hassi Sadri, “The Culinary Chef” for the Bayside Open Golf tournament held October 6, 2008. Your donation helped make this fund raising event an incredible success. The Bayside Open raises funds to support Bayside students as they travel on mission outreach trips to places like Mexico, Hungry/Romania, Africa and many other countries. Your contribution will enable more of our youth at the Bayside Family of Churches to participate in these programs and to minister to the daily and eternal needs of those they touch. We are very grateful for your participation. None of this happens without you and please know that because of you, eternal differences are being made in the lives of others!
God Bless You,
Cori Hayes

Hassi,
Hi! Thank you! You do so much for everyone & sometimes we don’t say it enough. You have a huge heart & are so kind. Personally, you have taught me so much. Not only restaurant Mgmt. & the business but everyday life examples. I thank you for that. You’ve created an academy that doesn’t compare to others, it’s the best!
Keep up the great work & if you ever need a hand, I’m here to help.
Thank you – Thank you – Thank you!
Sincerely,
Veronica Maldonado
Dear Hassi,
I want to thank you again for taking the time out of your schedule to participate as a judge at International Pizza Expo® last month. We are extremely pleased with how smoothly the culinary competitions ran, and your profession contribution attributed greatly to that success.
Thank you again for your time and talents. We look forward to working with you again in 2010, take care and have a great summer.
Sincerely,
Linda F. Keith, CMP

Dear Hassi,
Thank you for your gracious offer to provide the meal to our annual holiday party on December 9, 2011, for the patients and graduates of Mercy Perinatal Recovery Network (Mercy PRN) and their families. Mercy PRN provides substance abuse treatment services to the women with children. As you know, the women we serve face a variety of challenges as they work to create new lives for themselves and their children. They have histories of neglect, abuse and exploitation. They live below the poverty level. Many cannot afford even basic necessities.
The annual holiday party is well attended by approximately 250 patients and their families and children. It provides a bright spot in their lives and helps to demonstrate to them the joy that comes from sobriety. It also serves to support their recovery from addiction as the holidays can be a time of great stress and relapse into old behaviors.
We were very concerned that budgetary constraints placed this annual party in jeopardy. Your generous offer came as a wonderful gift!
Thank you, Hassi, for the support you give to this program and to our mission to bring hope and healing into the lives of those less fortunate. We depend on the kindness and support of caring and committed people such as you. Thank you for partnering with us to make a positive difference in the lives of so many in our community.
Sincerely,
Kathleen Montgomery, Manager Mercy Women's Center Mercy Perinatal Recovery Network
