Maple Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

For the Salmon

• 2 salmon fillets (around 150g each, skin on)

• 20g maple syrup

• 10g soy sauce

• 5g Dijon mustard

• 5g olive oil

• 2g sea salt

• 1g freshly ground black pepper

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 190°C.

2. Mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

3. Place the salmon fillets on a lined tray, brush generously with the glaze and roast at 190°C for 10–12 minutes, until just cooked and glossy.

4. Serve the glazed salmon with noodles & chard broccoli as a great pairing!

Storage.

Best enjoyed fresh! If needed, store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat the salmon gently in the oven.
