Honey & Mustard Dressing

Makes: 1 jar
Ingredients
- 20g English mustard
- 50g apple cider vinegar
- 220g extra virgin olive oil
- 50g Bee Juice
- 4g sea salt
- 1g freshly ground black pepper
Method
1. Place all the ingredients into a bowl. Whisk until well combined. Then pour the dressing into a jar and shake what your mama gave you, until smooth!
2. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed - a pinch more salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard or honey to suit your pallet
Storage.
Once in an airtight container or jar, store your dressing in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks. Be sure to shake well before each use, as separation is totally normal. Always use clean utensils and avoid double dipping!
