Walnut Dressing

Makes: 1 jar
Ingredients
- 50g walnut halves (toasted and finely chopped)
- 50g Moscatel vinegar
- 150g extra virgin olive oil
-150g walnut oil
- 25g honey
- 4g sea salt
- 1g freshly ground black pepper
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
Method
1. Place all the ingredients into a bowl. Whisk gently until everything is well combined.
2. Pour the dressing into a clean jam jar, seal tightly, and shake what your mama gave you to ensure it’s emulsified.
Storage
Once in an airtight container or jar, store your walnut dressing in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks. Shake well before each use, as natural separation is common. Always use clean utensils and avoid double dipping.
