Garlic & Miso Dressing

Makes: 1 jar
Ingredients
- 50g white miso paste
- 50g rice vinegar
- 150g toasted sesame oil
- 30g honey
- 1 garlic clove (finely grated)
-2g salt
- 10g light soy sauce
- 1g freshly ground black pepper
Method
1. Place all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy. sprinkle in the sesame seeds last.
2. Pour the dressing into a jar, shake it up and you’re done.
3. Taste and adjust to your liking, add a touch more honey or soy sauce to match your preferred balance of sweet & salty.
Storage
Pour the dressing into an airtight jar or container and store it in the fridge for up to 4 weeks. Shake thoroughly before each use, as the ingredients naturally separate. Avoid double dipping and only use clean utensils!

This pairs fantastically with an asian slaw, or a nice pan-fried salmon fillet.
