Aged Balsamic Dressing

Makes: 1 jar

Ingredients

- 100g aged balsamic vinegar
-50g apple cider vinegar
- 200g extra virgin olive oil
- 25g honey or sugar
- 4g sea salt
- 1g freshly ground black pepper

Method

1. Place all the ingredients into a bowl. Give a gentle whisk then pour into your jar and shake what your mama gave you.

Storage

Once in airtight container or jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks. Remember to shake well before each use, as the ingredients may separate naturally. Only put clean utensils into the jar and never double dip.
