Apple Vanilla Caramel Dressing

Ingredients
• 60g apple cider vinegar
• 220g olive oil
• 100g honey
• 50g butter
• 2g vanilla bean paste
• 4g sea salt
• 1g freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Place the honey into a pan and heat until caramelised to your desire to darkness then add the butter and whisk carefully as to not burn yourself, then when this is cooled, add all the remaining ingredients into a bowl. Whisk until well combined. Then pour the dressing into a jar and shake what your mama gave you, until smooth!
2. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed – a pinch more salt, pepper, vinegar, caramel or apple purée to suit your palate.
Storage
Once in an airtight container or jar, store your dressing in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Be sure to shake well before each use, as separation is totally normal. Always use clean utensils and avoid double dipping! 🙌
